Good morning everybody,

I am trying to set up a document that is shared by 3 users. I need the document to be present on all 3 user's OneDrives so that when we make a change to our individual version, all 3 versions will reflect the changes. Is this possible? If not, does an idea as to how this could be done?

Worked on this for months. For us it was an exercise in frustration. The basic concept works but it didn't like macros or custom views at all (both are vital to us). Often times it would give a sync error and the user would lose their data. We haven't tried it in a couple years so maybe things have improved.

Good luck.

Excel Facts

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN

It appears that this works now, it just took a little longer to sync than we had anticipated. The workbook is shared with 3 users, and it appears that we can edit it and have the changes synced across all 3 users version of the document on their OneDrives
