Hi All,

I am having two sheets , first sheet contains inventory details of batch number , second sheet contains worker list . I need to do condition formating to get the duplicate values . If the duplicate value found , need to copy paste a worker name to adjacent cell of the duplicate column .here the issue is need to copy paste one worker name for the one duplicate combination .

For example :
If the column A contains 3 duplicate value
123
123
123
The column B adjacent of the Cells having duplicate value to be filled from the list of worker name in the sheet 2
Output:
A B
123 Raj
123 Raj
123 Raj

Please help me on this

Excel Facts

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
