Hi, I have a market analysis sheet which is shown in the picture. As seen in the picture i have a column "p:p" where i can type in a date for each row. I want to make a code that colors the whole row green if its less than 1 year to the date, yellow if its more than 1 year but less than 2 years ahead and red if its more than 2 years ahead. I also want the rows to sort from least time to most time from top to bottom. So the green rows will be at top, yellow under and red at the bottom. Thank you in advance for the help :)

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
