Column reference labels

When I opened this work sheet it changed my column references to numbers and converted the formulas to R[-3] type.

How do I get it back to default letters????:confused::mad:

Pivot Table Drill Down
Double-click any number in a pivot table to create a new report showing all detail rows that make up that number
Click the Office button (top left), click Excel Options, click Formulas, uncheck R1C1reference style, click OK.

You are welcome. Take care if you ever receive a spreadsheet from Israel or some other countries - everything is from right to left :eek:
