Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.

how to make correct them :

=VLOOKUP(I2;master!$A$2:$O$5;6;FALSE);INDEX($L$2:$L$31;MATCH(A17;$K$2:$K$31;0)+IF(master!F2>0;0;IF(master!F2=0;2;1)))

the red is lookup argument , sheet "master" is reference and cell I2 as lookup number..
