the formula am trying to create will be used over and over with different text so I can see an example of one I should be able to fix to [FONT=inherit !important][FONT=inherit !important]work[/FONT][/FONT] on others
I will use condition as my example I will have 4 choices
poor, fair, average, good
the value will be compared against the subject property and go up or down as a result of how it compairs ([FONT=inherit !important][FONT=inherit !important]IE[/FONT][/FONT] if subject property is average and comparable property is poor I would add 4000 to the comparable property)
The text will go in line 11
the formula and numbers will go in line 33 for this example
