I have Column E with a date and time stamp example- Mon Sep 01 12:13:52 EDT 2014.

I want to be able to identify via highlighting or use the true statment if times in Column E are between 17:00 and 19:00. There are 396 rows I have with diffrent Date and Time Stamps in Column E. What is the formula for doing this?

<tbody>
</tbody><colgroup><col></colgroup>

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
=AND(MID(X20,12,2)>"18",MID(X20,12,2)<"21")

x20 contains Mon Sep 01 19:13:52 EDT 2014 and is coloured yellow by conditional formatting
