I need to apply conditional formatting on a table by highlighting complete rows (column heads are - customer name , profit , sales )
conditonal formatting should be based on selection in 2 cells -

1.List validation control with top/bottom
2.data validation control with whole numbers between 2 and 5

So i need to highlight rows based on dynamic top/bottom n values .
I am not able to apply conditional formatting rule
Please help I am not able to move further after trying multiple number of times
