Conditional Formatting highlighting a specific cell in a Row.

Hi guys,

Im stuck at what to do? I have a work sheet in which I have to base a response/Users/ehain/Desktop/example.jpeg from L4 to highlight the appropriate cell C4. Such as shown in the image attached. Can any help.

This is the sample worksheet. i need to highlight row d3, d4, e5, b6, c9. Highlights should be because of Column J. Can anyone help?
