If I want to set when A1="Registered" or A1="Advertised" then change A1 to red in color. How can I set? Thanks!

Excel Facts

Enter current date or time
Ctrl+: enters current time. Ctrl+; enters current date. Use Ctrl+: Ctrl+; Enter for current date & time.
Thanks for you prompt reply. Now my situation changed. The new condition is If A1<>"Registered" or A1<>"Advertised" then A1 change to red. In another word, there is no color only if A1="Registered" or "Advertised"

It doens't work since according to the logic, if A1="Registered" then A1 is not "Advertised" then it turn red

How about
Excel Formula:

Oops, forgot you can't use that format for CF, try
Excel Formula:
=and(A1<>"Registered",A1<>"Advertised")
