Good day,

Trying to get 1 conditional format formula that looks at 3 columns (F5:F29, I5:I29, L5:L29) of data and highlights A5 if A5 data is not found in all 3 together.

This is what I currently have but I'm not sure how to scale this up to what I need.

Rich (BB code):
=NOT(COUNTIF($F$5:$F$29, A5)

How about
Excel Formula:
=AND(COUNTIF($F$5:$F$29, A5)=0,COUNTIF($I$5:$I$29, A5)=0,COUNTIF($L$5:$L$29, A5)=0)

Very cool, thanks. I was just starting to try COUNTIF () + COUNTIF() which probably would have done the same but I like your approach better.

Perhaps.

=COUNTIF(F5:F29, A5)+COUNTIF(I5:I29, A5)+COUNTIF(L5:L29, A5)=0
