Hi đź‘‹ New member so bear with me!

I am trying to get my conditional format to highlight orange when 2 criteria are met, i.e. if column J says "RBC" and then if so whether any data in column B is a duplicate for these rows only.

I have tried
=IF(AND(J7="RBC",COUNTIF(B7:B200,$B7)>1,1,0)

This gives the below output, but it should be highlighting B9 orange too, as J7 and J9 ="RBC", and B7 and B9 are duplicates. B10 and B11 should not be highlighted as they are different in column J. Similarly B8 should not be highlighted as J8<>"RBC"

What did Pito Salas invent?
Pito Salas, working for Lotus, popularized what would become to be pivot tables. It was released as Lotus Improv in 1989.
One thing I noticed right off the bat.
Since you are trying to apply this to multiple rows, you need to lock down the rows in your COUNTIF formula, i.e.
=IF(AND(J7="RBC",COUNTIF(B$7:B$200,$B7)>1,1,0)
