Good evening everyone,
I hope you are well.
I have a spreadsheet with two columns. One of them contains all the employees’ names and the other one dates they worked (columns A and B). A1 and B1 are the columns headers.
I would like to use conditional formatting so if any of the cells in the column with the dates is in blank, the entire row is highlighted in red.
I have tried both ways:
= B2 = “ “ then format and fill in red
= $B2 = “ “ then format and fill in red
None of them worked.
Can you please help
Thanks
Sanchez
