conditioning a conditional formatt

I have a conditional format set up such that if certain threshold is breached the number (in this case percentage) is flagged. My issue is that at times I don't need some of these flagged due to the number that the percentage is based on being miniscule relative to what I want to look at. That is I only want to look at percentage breaches that are based on a number over $100k. I have a feeling I need to use the "formula is" instead of "cell value is". Any pointers.

i think you can use the AND function in your formatting

Formula is

=AND(A1>100,000,A1/B1>yourpercent)
Where B1 is your base value.
