Convert True to 1 and False to 0

Greetings,

The below formula produces "True" if >= 181 & <= 356, and "False" otherwise. it's in a table. Can the formula be modified to produce 1 if true and o if false?

=IF(AND([@[Days Until Expiration]]>=181),[@[Days Until Expiration]]<=365)
