copying conditional formatting to another cell location while increasing the formulae

Hi everyone, I am trying to find a way to copy the conditional formatting from one cell to another but I wan the formula to change also. Example

If E4<D4 then fill cell orange next I want to copy that to if E5<D5 then orange

Any help would be appreciated as I have many of these to do.
