Hi,

I'm trying to count cells that have Conditional Formatting, when looking at cell colour it doesn't recognise it's a red fill etc or a bold font.

See below , by Row and column i just need a total count of the Red cells.

Thanks.

Excel Facts

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
How about
Excel Formula:
=MIN(L3,COUNTIFS(P3:AO3,0))
