Count Formula if entry falls between two dates

Hello all, hope someone out there can help me!!

I have a large list of contracts as abbreviated below

Contract Title	Start Date	End Date
Contract 1	23/10/18	31/12/18
Contract 2	01/11/18	30/11/18
Contract 3	15/10/18	14/12/18
Contract 4	22/10/18	28/12/18
Contract 5	01/11/18	03/01/19
Contract 6	15/11/18	14/12/18
Contract 7	08/11/18	21/12/18

I am looking for a formula that will count / amalgamate the number of contracts should they be live within the ranges stated below to produce the results stated. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated
