Hi All
I would first of all like t thank anybody who takes the time to help me in advance!! THANK YOU
what I want to do is take a video with a web cam of eggs moving on a conveyor.
I then want to count eggs moving past a specified point in real time on the video.
is there a way to do that with vba code?

Excel Facts

Copy a format multiple times
Select a formatted range. Double-click the Format Painter (left side of Home tab). You can paste formatting multiple times. Esc to stop
is there such a thing as a active x codec or something to integrate video,
or do I have the wrong programming language?
Thanks so much

Wrong language, wrong forum. Real-time video processing is nothing VBA could begin to do.

There are surely lots of forums that do address the topic, though. It's suggest you start with vendors of industrial cameras.
