Hi,

My data lists customer names in Column A, and in column B lists whether the order is complete or outstanding. I'm after a formula which counts customer A has 6 completed orders and 3 outstanding or Customer C has 3 competed orders. I'm shrugging to get this formula to work as it has two criterias.

Any help much appreciated

Excel Facts

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
Can you post some sample data? How do you show completed and outstanding orders?
