Currently, this is the format I have in Excel:
Column A
1 465
2 Cali
3 5466
4
5 Fifer
6 456456
7
8 JSAP
9
10 456

I want to count the whole thing, and the results should be 10.
Is there a way to do this?
I have tried countA formula, but result comes out to be 7.

Excel Facts

Pivot Table Drill Down
Double-click any number in a pivot table to create a new report showing all detail rows that make up that number
if you're looking at the number of rows you could use =ROWS(A2:A10)
