CountIFS VS. Pivot Table

Good Morning,

I need help regarding achieving the same results from a table using CountIFS into a Pivot Table.

Let's say our company sends out surveys to clients regarding 2 similar products; Brand A & B.

Now customers are asked Questions A to Question J; for each question they have to rate Brand A and Brand B from a scale of 1 to 7 with 7 as the highest.

Now how do I achieve the same results using a Pivot Table?
