Counting Critera

Hi Guys,Need ur help i want to counting category that only contain "yes"No| A | B | C================01|Yes | Yes | No02|Yes | No | No03|Yes | Yes | Yes -----> Only this will count as 1 record.Thanks for your help.

Only in row number 4 will count as 1 record.
