Counting of Unique Number as per Criteria

Hello Sir,

I need your help, i need to count my 1st revision result as per 2nd revision status.
i really hope someone can give me light on this formula.

	A	B	C
1	Unique Number	Revision	Status
2	A	1	awc
3	A	2	awc
4	B	1	awc
5	B	2	R&R
6	C	1	R&R
7	C	2	AWC
8	D	1	AWC
9	D	2	R&R
10					The answer should be this
11	1st Revision	2nd Revision		1st Revision	2nd Revision
12		AWC	R&R
13	AWC				AWC	1	2
14	R&R				R&R	1

the answer should be

AWC R&R
AWC 1 2
R&R 1

Can you explain the logic behind how you arrive at what the results should be?

Hi,

I'm sorry that the above table is messed-up, i have a unique number where it has a revision(on the sample below, unique # is A,B,C,D and each have a revision of 1 & 2.

Each 1st revision has a status of either AWC or R&R, then it comes to the 2nd revision which has a status as well.

now my boss wanted me to count each unique # from

Revision 1(AWC) becomes AWC on the 2nd revision
Revision 1(AWC) Becomes R&R on the 2nd Revision
Revision 1(R&R) becomes AWC on the 2nd revision
Revision 1(R&R) Becomes R&R on the 2nd Revision

Unique Number	Revision	Status
A	1	awc
A	2	awc
B	1	awc
B	2	R&R
C	1	R&R
C	2	AWC
D	1	AWC
D	2	R&R
this is the answer
