Guys,

Could you tell me how to create a drop down list in a cell?

The easiest way is with Data-->Validation-->Allow-->List. In the source box you can choose a range of cells on your sheet, enter list items i.e. Yes,No,Maybe (no quotes & no spaces), or you can refer to a named range on another sheet i.e. =MyNamedRange.
