creating a data entry form with database for android if possible

i all, i have a workbook that i want to use as a data entry form that puts the data that is entered into a database within the same workbook, although i know this can be done on computer, can this be done so i can use the same workbook which is opened via dropbox or google drive on my android phone please

Saving data from an entry form requires VBA and Excel does not support VBA on mobile platforms. Do you want to do data entry on the Android, or just review data that was entered somewhere else?

I want to be able to do both, use on a pc and on my phone

If this is an .xlsm file then it won't work on Android (or iOS).
