I am needing to create a gantt chart for calculating lead times for building products in my manufacturing business. I am not very advanced in Excel and would really like some help with this subject. I need to be able to set how many products I can manufacture in a day, (such as 30) and then, when I get an order for 50 pieces for Monday, it would put 30 pieces on Monday and 20 pieces on Tuesday and so on.... Saturdays and Sundays and major Holidays would be excluded from the schedule. Would need to be a monthly view. Any advice from anyone would be appreciated.

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
