When we do our monthly inventory, there are some items that are tracked on a spreadsheet, and compare the totals to those of the previous month.

I'm trying to "simplify" it so I don't adjust as many formulas every month.

The items are in column E of Sheet1.

L5:S5 and T5:AA5 show categories of:
Total -Prior
Meat
ProdPoultryGrocSeafoodDairyBev

L1:S1 shows "CURR".

T1:AA1 shows "PREV".

I'd like to pull data from Sheet1 L5:S43.

I'm trying to match the following:

- E5:E43 on Sheet2 to each row in Sheet1
- T4:AA4 on Sheet2 to each column L5:S5 in Sheet1
- T1:AA1 on Sheet2 to each column L1:S1 in Sheet1

Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.
