In a TextBox intended for US Currency, is there a way to allowzeros to be entered? i.e. $1.05 or $1.50
I’m currently using this to format:
TextBox1.Value = Format(TextBox1.Value, "$##.##")

Excel Facts

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)

Try using this instead...

TextBox1.Value = Format(TextBox1.Value, "$0.00")

Rick Rothstein,
Thanks for the assistance. Unfortunately, your suggestion doesn't work for me.
I need the TextBox to allow entry of any US currency value, Like $5.05 or $30.09.
When I try to enter those values I get $5.5 and $3.9 displayed.

:confused: The code line I posted cannot do what you are showing. The only way I can see what you posted happening is if you have code somewhere that deliberately replaces zeroes (0) with the empty text string ("").

I suppose I could just
add the $ as a Label, to the left of the Textbox
and not use the formatting code for the Textbox!
