Custom cell format: "+" for positives numbers ( and of course "-" for negatives )

I need to use a custom number format (Excel 2003) that adds the "+" sign (w/o the double-quotes) on positive numbers the same way Excel adds "-" sign to negative numbers. I've tried fiddling with it without luck.

Any idea?
