custom ribbon how to access checkbox

I made a custom tab on the ribbon.
There is a way to get the status of the checkbox ?
Can i acces the checkbox by it's name ?

How did you make the custom tab? If you did it manually, then no. You need to use XML in the CustomUI part of your workbook, then you can assign callbacks to the control(s) you create.
