date criteria

Is there a criteria I can use in a column query to filter on only rows within a date range in that column? The field for this column is Re-Opened Date, Table is NTG

or maybe better a criteria to only populate non-blank cells in the column

Sure. You can use IS NOT NULL to just get records with a value in that field.
