Hi i have a excel workbook about 200kb in size
i have about 8 tables and a macro in it
sometimes when i open it the default format changes to time format
and i get values like this 00:00:00
i know this is not new.. I ve searched the internet but havent found a fix.
I have recorded a macro that will do the re-formatting for me.
Is there a fix?

Excel Facts

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.
anyone has the answer?
i reposted this and was happy to see someone answer
it was an admin saying he closed that post cos it was a duplicate.
i am sorry
i posted again because i thought my post went unnoticed or was purposely ignored and had a better chance if i reposted this.

to the admin: can you tell me how to fix this. this is so annoying. it occurs every 2 days or so. and its not caused by the macro because i have a file that does not have a macro and it still has the same problem.
there are no conditional formatting used anywhere in the file.
thank you.
