I searched the board but couldn't find a solution to Delete Row if Cell B is More Than 100 Characters.

Can anyone help me with this VBA code?

lr = Cells(Rows.Count, "B").End(xlUp).Row
For r = lr To 2 Step -1

If Len(Cells(r, "B")) > 100 Then Rows(r).Delete
