Hi, I have prepared a template with correct column widths to import files into ERP. I tried to create PRN file from it, but the columns were moved. I tried to do it from my colleague's computer and it worked correctly. So it's the same Excel source with two different outcomes. Any ideas why it's happening?
Thanks!

Is the text format & size the same in both?

What do you mean by format & size "in both"? There is ONLY ONE source file from which both PRN files are created. It's located on the server, so my colleague has access there as well. Nevertheless, done on my computer and done on her computer shows above posted results. I had this issue last month and the next day it self-corrected, but I'd like to know the cause as it can happen during important time period where I will have no room for any errors.

I just figured it out with my IT colleague by accident. The issue seems to the the scaling of the monitor which I have set to 125%. When we changed to 100%, it worked fine. Very weird, but glad to have found the reason :) Thanks a lot for your help!
