Hey Guys,

I have been working with Excel 2013 for a while and am a bit perplexed by a pop-up I am getting and why I am getting it.

I am using a macro capable workbook so that I can use some macros.

Everytime I save my workbook I get the following error:

"Be careful. Parts of your document may include personal information that can't be removed by the Document Inspector."

This is followed by the normal "OK" and "Cancel" buttons.
This seems to be the only workbook that has this that I know of, but I can't seem to figure out what to google in order to learn about it. I seem to get things matching Document or Upload Inspector.

All help is appreciated.

What is =ROMAN(40) in Excel?
The Roman numeral for 40 is XL. Bill "MrExcel" Jelen's 40th book was called MrExcel XL.

Hey MARK858,

Thanks for the information. This disables the function, but I guess I am a bit confused as to why it is having difficulty removing the personal information. Also, what information is it considering personal that it can't remove?

Thanks in advance.

As I understand it there might not be any personal info it can't remove as it is a generic information message that comes up when you use the document inspector.

The key word is in red below...

"Be careful. Parts of your document may include personal information that can't be removed by the Document Inspector."

The link below shows some things the document inspector doesn't remove as standard.
