Hi All.

I am trying to have a Drop down box which I can make and then have a list of Phone numbers to go with it.
Example:

Dropdown box has bank names - cell under it is the corresponding Phone number.
So what i need help with is making sure that when I say click the drop down box and choose westpac bank. The Correct phone number appears in the cell below.
Can anyone shed some light on this please as per below is an example

Westpac
1800 westpac

If i choose ANZ
it would bring up ANZ phone number

ANZ
1800 ANZ

Thanks

Excel Facts

What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?
Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.
Still wanting help with this but now also wanting it so that when I choose the Bank name from the drop down box, the cell below it gives me the correct number as well as the cells on A10 to A15 give me the details that particular bank needs.

Example.

Drop down Box = Westpac
Cell below = Westpac number

Cell A10 = Customer name
Cell A11 = Customer Card Number
Cell A12 = Card Expiry
Cell A13 = Transaction amount

But if I chose ANZ it would be.

Drop down box = ANZ
Cell below = ANZ number

Cell A10 = Customer Name
Cell A11 = Date of Transaction
Cell A12 = Transaction Amount
Cell A13 = Post code of Guest.

Does anyone one have any advise please

Something like the following? You could also put the bank data I have in G-L on a separate sheet.

Yes ty something like that but I just want it to bring up the headings for the Cells A10 - A13
Plus the cells would need to be different dependant on the bank the Customer banked with.
the actual guest details we will fill out manually.

I don't understand your reply comment. Need to be clearer or illustrate what you want.
If I gave you the foundation, can you modify for what you need?
