Hi there, some advice would be appreciated.
I have applied conditional formatting over a table with sales figures, so that figures below a certain level appear red.
I wanted to apply data validation so that sales people can click on each red cell and indicate the status from a drop down selection.
Is there a way to set this up so that the original number/color can still be seen after the drop down selection has been made?
Or any better way to approach this?
Thanks.

Hi Mrhk22,

You can change the Conditional Format to identify a status entry and so maintain the color but it would overwrite the number.
