Drop Down

Hi
I have a spreadsheet with a drop down of 100's of names
How do i change the settings in an excel dropdown so that when i type in the first letter of someones name it automatically goes to the first person in the drop down list beginning with that letter - rather than the user having to scroll all the way down to find that name?

If you use 'Micorsoft 365 insider' version it automaticly do.

It doesn't on the version of excel i have - Microsoft 365
