Dynamic Password for Locking Sheets

I have a bunch of macros that run sheets and each one unlocks the sheet, runs, and then locks the sheet. Instead of having the password within the macro code, I'd like for the password to get pulled from cell ("A1") (for example) on hidden sheet ("Developer") so that I can change the password by just typing a new one in A1 when I unhide that sheet. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks

Save Often
If you start asking yourself if now is a good time to save your Excel workbook, the answer is Yes
Try this code for each worksheet you wish to protect:

Code:
Worksheets("Sheet1").Protect Password:=Worksheets("Developer").Range("A1").Value

The code for unprotecting the sheets would be:

Code:
Worksheets("Sheet1").UnProtect Password:=Worksheets("Developer").Range("A1").Value

Worked like a champ. Thanks! I wasn’t using .Value when I tried it a few days ago and gave up. Makes sense
