In the podcast 944 on dynamic charting, the solution for excel 2007 is to use tables rather than dynamic ranges, in podcast 1013 there is a formula to restrict the number of months displayed (ie last 6 or 3 months).
How do I use this to dynamically resize the table to restrict the amount of data displayed, instead of using the whole table?

Thanks
Howard

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
You are not going to be able to dynamically resize the area used for a table in Excel 2007. I would convert the table back to a range and then use the formula from episode 1013 to show the last n months in the chart.

Thanks, for the response. I will rethink my approach, I think I was going too deep to see the light, and
Thanks for a great podcast, I always look forward to it.
