Dynamically Updated list and dependant drop down menu

Hello;

I want to do a drop-down menu that depends on another drop-down menu. Besides, the list should be dynamic, i.e., I should be able to add more elements.

I use the name manager and add the =OFFSET(...;0;0;COUNTA(...)) do make the lists dynamic.

I don't know why, but it doesn't work.

I can do the Drop down menu dependant without doing a dynamic list, but not with a dynamic one...
