Either this is too easy or difficult report question

I have a database with many tables and a manager who likes a weekly report update.
My table fields are FT/PT PGCE/CERT and I need to include SITE and STATUS (Status' are ACCEPTED/WITHDRAWN/IN PROCESS)

i need a report to show all the fields on one page - not as a list of students and I don't need this information grouped and sorted.

Is this too difficult or is it ridiculously easy. I have tried many ways and cannot just get what I am after.
Hope someone can just point me in the right direction.
Thanks:confused:

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).

Site and Status would have to be fields in the table, or fields that can be joined to the table, in order to include them in a report.
