Hi All,

I have say 500 emails that I need to log, who they are to and from, date and subject etc.

If possible I would like to export this int excel.

Can this be done?

Regards

Do you have the raw data already?

Or are you wanting to use excel to do this?

Hi Steve,

I use Outlook 2003. File->Import and Export-> Export to a File -> MS Excel.

You can specify fields with "Map Custom Fields".

Hope this helps :)

Jon,

Almost there the only thing missing is the date sent.

Any ideas?

I'm guessing its something to do with when you are extracting the data Steve

Have you tried extracting it again?

I have tried on various occations you can modify what fields are required but there is no reference to date.
