Error when Saving Excel

When saving a workbook I get the following error, "Errors were detected while saving. Microsoft Office Excel may be able to save the file by removing or repairing some features. To make the repairs in a new file, click continue. To cancel saving the file, click Cancel."

The spreadsheet is an output from an Access database so I can't change the file name or location. Any ideas on what is causing this error?
