I am using Excel 97 and trying to put "€" in format cells --> custom. Unfortunately, It disappear everything when I re open Excel spreadsheet. Is there any other ways to keep the sign on format cells? Please advise
 

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
Mhmm, not that I know of. I believe you must use a macro for this, and I'm pretty sure (Don't know the link though) that MS has an AddIn for this.
