hi all,

I've just moved on to office 2007 - I am having trouble in try to add a calculated field item to my pivot table?

heeeelp its driving me mad!!!

any suggestions?

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple
