Hello. I have just completed a huge spreadsheet in which I had to rate some websites, 1-10. Anyway, my numbers keep repeating and I don't know what happened. i.e. I rated a site 2. but my column shows 22222222. How do I correct? Also, another site was rated 123456 but it is showing 123456, 123456, continuously. I am sure this is a simple fix but I don't know what it is. Thank you for any help. I have screenshot available if I did not explain clear enough.

Excel Facts

What do {} around a formula in the formula bar mean?
{Formula} means the formula was entered using Ctrl+Shift+Enter signifying an old-style array formula.

Check to make sure that there isn't some special format applied to that cell. If you change the cell format to General, does it fix it?

Make sure the Horizontal Alignment is not set to Fill

It goes back at least to 2003, and I think XP, and perhaps sooner.

I've never used it, other than by mistake.
