Hello everyone,
I'm not good at excel but i've been given the task of making a spreadsheet for fleet inventory(trucks/trailers,etc)

I have a main sheet (Main Board) which lists all vehicles by Type and Number.

I have 3 sections (Notices) to the right , which shows vehicles out of service, vehicles that are rentals and vehicles which are being requested for maintenance.

I have 3 other sheets, out of service, rental and pm used by the notices section to get it's data.

When a vehicle is added to the out of service sheet, I need it to highlight that vehicle on the main board and add it's entry to the section on the right in the color RED.

Same for Rentals in the color BLUE.
Same for PM in the color ORANGE

When an entry is removed from any of the sub sheets, the blank row is left in the Notices section.

I need something that expands/reduces as data is added or removed.
I need to have notices or flags for vehicles which are out of service, rentals or being requested for pm.

If anyone could steer me in a direction to make this more dynamic, I would really appreciate it.

Thanks

The workbook will be saved daily using the days date, so over time it will create files for each day for them to look back at history.

Any thought or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
