I'm looking to do the following in excel: I have a cell that has html bullets like this:

<li>bullet 1</li>
<li>bullet 2</li>
<li>bullet 3</li>

etc.

I want to change the first bullet to a paragraph, so that it now displays:

<p>bullet 1</p>
<ul><li>bullet 2</li>
<li>bullet 3</li>
etc. </ul>

Is there any way to do this?

Excel Facts

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
Try this:
Excel Formula:
=CONCAT("<p>",MID(A1,5,FIND("</",A1)-5),"</p><ul>",MID(A1,FIND("<li>",A1,3),LEN(A1)),"</ul>")
